Bayside Marketplace is an open-air shopping center and entertainment complex in Greater Downtown Miami, Florida, United States consisting of two retail structures: North Pavilion and South Pavilion. The complex is situated on the banks of Biscayne Bay, with the City of Miami marina on one side. It was developed by the Rouse Company, a Columbia, Maryland-based real estate developer.
